I can't find the iTunes folder in my iPod. Disc use is enabled.?

I had to reset my computer and now I'm trying to sync my iTunes back onto my computer according to these instructions on the Apple website: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1329

I can get to the step "Copy music to new computer", step #5. When I opened up my iPod in My Computer (I have a PC), I cannot find a folder called iTunes. I still have all my songs on my iPod. Furthermore, all of the other folders in the picture (Contacts, Recordings, etc.) are all present, I just can't find iTunes. Can anyone help?

The reason you can't find it is because it's not there. The instructions you're following only apply to copying the files from one computer to another, not to "transferring" the content from your iPod to your computer. "Syncing" does the opposite; it copies content from the iTunes library to the iPod.
