(NEW YORK – C-FAM) Ireland's Supreme Court has handed down a "landmark decision" in favor of the natural family, asserting that Ireland's constitution trumps the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR). The decision holds a child generally benefits from having a connection with his biological father – even one who is a sperm donor for a child being raised by the mother and her lesbian partner.     I'm American, and my relatives came from Ireland, so I guess that makes me Irish-American, and I've never heard of this, and to be honest, don't really care.

    Don't really care who raises the child. When biological preferences come before wanting the child to be raised in a loving and nurturing environment, that's a problem.

    Where are your sources? What do you mean by trump card? BTW, European law super cedes the laws of all member states of the EU. You seem to have some kind of modus operandi which is very vague, you really need to expand and clarify.
