Why can black people say the "n" word and other races cant?

Blacks that are cultured, sophisticated, educated and intelligent don't use that word amongst each other. It's only the stupid ones.

I hate that word.

And I'm not even black.

It's just a power trip cliché, which every race has It's own, to gain unfair advantages over others when "out numbered". The best thing to do is to let word's and other demeaning stereotypes phase themselves out over time. The advancements of the human species has no room for that type of ignorance, coming from any race or creed, and through eduction, not just tolerance, these kinds of problems will not be an issue in a matter of time. I picked the question because you are also playing a race card cliché. "why are black people so ignorant" you are asking why a whole group is doing something wrong because you don't understand the real problem at hand.

However, why blacks call themselves that because it is degagotory!! Sometimees it is used as slang such as friend, or their home boy! Sometimes, it is used for other things but it's not for an offense. The reason that black people get very offended in order to jump that person from another race because of what has happened during the civil rights movements and slavery. When a black person hear it, they feel that person is a racist, when it towards white people!! Black people become extremly offended when a white person calls them that!! I don't know about latinos or asians, indians people! I know with white people, oh yes!! I don't know if this helps or not!

When a black person says the "n" word to another black person, it is deemed to be a form of affection, but when another races says it to a black, it is deemed to be derogatory.
