Cassell has been interception prone the last couple weeks and he's facing a tough CIN D. Orton is also a tough start, but he should be able to find success in the short dump game (think Marxhall's 21 catches for only 200 yards 2 weeks ago).
You can't sit MJD. He's way too valuable. I think if DeAngelo Williams doesn't play, then Stewart is your guy. Stewart was the first runner to go over a 100 yards all year against MINN last week and he found the end zone twice.
Last time Harrison went big, Mangini only gave him 8 carries the following week. But, CLE should be focusing on the run as they don't have a viable QB, but OAK has a great Pass D, so they'll be able to fill the box and dare CLE to beat them through the air. OAK did a great job last week against Denver's Run Offense and will try to do the same this week. I think Harrison struggles against OAK. But, if you're in the championship game and don't really have any business being there and your opponent is totally stacked, you might as well take a risk on Harrison. Why not? Otherwise, I would go with your 2 proven backs.

go with cassell.orton will be playing a tough def and has alot of pressure on him to win.cassell will be playing with nothing to lose and taking chances downfield to prove he is a good qb.mjd for sure and harrison,im not really big on him but oak will be playing back to cover the long ball which will allow harrison to get plenty of touches.stewart might have till the later part of game especially if they fall behind early.
