Black Lab/collie puppies?

Actueally baa baa black sheep, labs are VERY commonly used for hunting. They have a very sharp sense of smell, and I have hunted with many of them, and they are very good

Update:

Well, I recently adopted two lab/rough collie puppies. as with most lab mixes, the lab seems to be dominant as far as looks go. The whole litter was all black, some with white patches on their chests, and feet. I have a purebred lab, and he is a very good hunter. Do you think the pups will be good hunters? I have started them with a training dummy and they seem like they are doing well. What do you think?

if their doing well with the dummy, then yes.

mixed breeds can make great hunters. it all depends on their genes.

lol labs aren't really hunters to begin with. They are retrievers...as in their name Labrador retriever. If you truly have a hunting lab then you are lucky.

As far as will they fetch? They should...remember collies are bred to retrieve sheep and look after them.
