what is the difference in moscato and moscato d'asti?
im pretty new to drinking wine, and i was wondering what the difference was between moscato and moscato d'asti. i have had several moscatos, some i like, some i dont. but i have tried two different moscato d'asti and they have both been wonderful. and also, where can i find moscato d'asti all the time? i can never find them.

Moscato just means from the muscat/muscadet/moscato grape.
Asti is a wine region.
So Moscato D'asti is just a Moscato from that area.
