My husband bought a house in 2003. We married in 2011. We refinanced this month and put my name (with his) on both the title and mortgage. If something happened to him would I inherit the house or would his daughter inherit a share of it? I know Texas is a communal property state, I just don’t know if it’s considered personal property of his since he originally bought it or if it’s communal property between us since both names are on it.

My brother passed away two weeks ago and I'd like to get a red heart with his name in typewriter style lettering. I'd like it to be somewhere easily covered, because I have to look professional at work, and I'd like it to not show when I am in my wedding dress. So even though I love shoulder tats, that's out. I've got one on my right foot, so I guess I could do my left, but I'd had that spot picked out for another future tattoo. My ribs maybe? I'm kind of on the chunky side, but I'm loosing weight (20lbs so far). Any good ideas where to put this?

My brother killed himself a week ago. I'm so lost right now. I haven't been able to sleep. Now I find out that my mom might have cancer. I've had depression for years, and it's hitting hard right now. Does anyone know of any forums or support groups or anything that's free? Or close to it? I had to miss work for a while to deal with this and now I'm going to be behind on bills as it is.

My brother committed suicide this week. I need some songs to play at a memorial service. He really enjoyed punk, and alternative, but I'll take almost any suggestion. The only thing I ask, is no religious music please. He was not religious and neither am I.

How do you get past the sexual side affects? My boyfriend and I are both on ssri's (I'm on citalopram and he's on symbyax) and it's straining our physical relationship. Any suggestions?

My boyfriend was recently put on medications for manic depressive disorder and anxiety (but has actually been diagnossed, yet). I've known he has been depressed for a while, and have found it quite easy to be helpful and supportive, since I have major depressive disorder and can relate to him. But these past few days he has been so irritable, and every time he snaps or rolls his eyes my anxiety gets to me. I can't take a Xanax everytime I see him, we live together! How do I help him, and deal with him? And how do I not worry that this stress isn't what I cause everyone else, since they have to deal with me and my mental illness?

Ok, I need some advice, and I wasn't sure where to put this, but put it here bc I need to know some legal stuff and it gets high traffic. My nephew is 17 and he is a really good kid, but he is in a really bad home situation. My sister and her husband ( his step dad) are emotionally abusive to the kids. My niece can move in with her real dad if need be, but my nephew has nowhere to go. They keep telling him how worthless he is and how he will never amount to anything. Also he needed surgery at one point on his foot and needed dental work done and instead of taking care of that my sis got a boob job. He's not allowed contact with me (my sister disowned me and my brother two years ago saying we were bad influences) but he managed to get my cell number and even came out to the house today. He will probably be in a lot of trouble later, though, because they punished him for speaking to me at christmas this year. He became really depressed about it a while back and tried to drown himself but his friend saved him. He told his school counsilor who told his parents who told him to grow the **** up. He wants to move out. He can't live with us, because laurens mom woulndt let her stay with us with a teenage boy in the house. He can't get an apartment bc he is only 17 and wants to finish high school. Is there a way he can be emancipated in Texas without already living somewhere else and be supporting himself? Would a judge grant him emancipation from his parents when the only proof of his abuse is conversations with his counsilor and a cop? Is there financial aid for emancipated minors? How can I help him? I really want to see him finish high school and get into the fire academy (he wants to be a firefighter) and see him get into some therapy for his depression. He is such a good hearted kid. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Ive decided I want to get more involved with mental health fundraising and awareness in my area, but I dont really know where to start. If anyone knows of any groups that I can get in contact with, I would appreciate it. Im not currently a student, so I cant start a Active Minds chapter. im pretty new to drinking wine, and i was wondering what the difference was between moscato and moscato d'asti. i have had several moscatos, some i like, some i dont. but i have tried two different moscato d'asti and they have both been wonderful. and also, where can i find moscato d'asti all the time? i can never find them.

i have been on the pill for the last 19 days. i have taken it every day, but not at the same time every day. we didnt have sex for a couple of months before i started the pill and when we did before that we used condoms. so if i am pregnant it would be by only a couple of weeks. he still pulled out every time, but i have been so sick to my stomach the past 3 days or so, but dont have a fever. and every where i go, im too hot. i keep wanting to be outside in the cold. i was also lightly spotting today. if i were pregnant would i be sick to my stomach already? or do i just have a stomach bug without a fever?

im sorry that you havent found a med that helps you with your mental illness, but medication has helped tons of people, myself included. why would you tell someone to not try something that could help them?

im taking alprazolam, and i was just wondering how long it lasts. i often have to take it a couple of times a day.

anyone who has gone from one to the other, did you lose weight? i gained so much on Lexapro, and im already noticing that i dont eat near as much now that im on citalopram. will i lose the weight easily?

i just started taking citalopram and its making me sick to my stomach. for those of you who got nauseous, how long did it take for it to go away?

i worked for the same company twice. do i put it on my resume in two places, or do i use my fisrt start date and my second end date? there was about a year and a half gap between the two times of employment.

Im on a low dose of Xanax and it just isnt working anymore. I have panic attacks at night, and I am having a hard time dealing. I have a doctors appointment on Monday, but until then how do I stay calm at night?
