What is your best grilled or baked chicken recipe?

Question

I'd prefer something with a short list of ingredients or common ingredients so I don't have to buy much. But if you have something good, I'd love to hear it!

for bake crisp chix, i rub the skin with salt the night before and put in icebox. the next day remove chicken  from icebox and bake uncovered turned on breast.
