The ATI card is a discrete graphics cards and will provide better performance than the integrated Intel 4500MHD, but will also consume more power. Yes, you will be able to play TFC2 with the ATI on your laptop.
Use the ATI when you're playing games and switch to the Intel when you're not if you can to save power.
Off topic, I'm see a lot of posts with laBtop misspelled. Is it a trend or something?

a pics card is dedicated and thats the only factor it does, whilst a pics contoleer is intergrated pics, it is worse and takes memory out of the computing gadget for picture memory.
