Strapless dress too big in the bust! How can I get it to fit?

I'm the Maid of Honor in a wedding. I've just discovered (after trying on my dress again) that it is now too big in the bust. It still fits in the waist and hips, but I can easily fit both of my hands into the bust area. The dress has boning and a side invisible zipper, along with elaborate back detail, so it's not really possible to severely alter it. The sad part is that I have large breasts--a D. I'm just really small around up top with HUGE hips. I'm considering buying a padded strapless bra, but I'm worried about finding one in that big of a size.

If you don't want to make your chest look any larger then you can have your dress taken in. Any tailor will do it, and it's not that expensive. It'll cost less than a new bra!

Or, you can get those silicone inserts, they'll boost you up a size and hopefully fill out the top. Only problem here is you already have very large breasts, and you probably don't want to make them look any bigger.

Or, you can get double sided fashion tape and literally tape the dress to your skin. You won't have any wardrobe malfunctions.

Your best bet is probably just to get it taken in. It's a quick job, and any tailor (or Grandma with a sewing machine) can do it for you in about 15 minutes. They'll likely just take it in around the zipper or add two darts in the back. Easy peasy!

I'm a bit confused - it's "now" too big in the bust? It fit OK before?

And "it's not possible to severely alter it" suggests to me that it's WAY too big.

Sounds to me like you have not been properly fitted for the dress. A professional should have been able to make the alterations necessary for the dress to fit you right.
