Bahá'í Faith and Jesus?
In the Bahá'í Faith, is Jesus believed to be the Son of God, the Messiah, and a Manifestation of God, or is He regarded to be only a Manifestation of God?
I do in fact know that those who practice Bahá'í Faith believe in Jesus as a messenger sent from God. I just need to know if they confirm Him as God's Son, or if He has the same classification as, say, Mohammad.

"Baha'i theology draws a distinction between the Spirit of Christ - infinitely glorious, absolutely unique and utterly indispensable as the only pathway to God - and the historical person of Jesus.
The Baha'i Scriptures affirm that Jesus is one of a series of Manifestations of God that includes Moses, the Buddha, Muhammad -- and, today, Baha'u'llah-- through Whom, from age to age, God has progressively revealed His Will and Purpose for humanity. All the Manifestations of God are like perfect Mirrors for the Spirit of God to come into the world."
There is more information about the Baha'i view of Christ in the link provided below.
To address your final comment, yes: Christ and Muhammad have the same classification. However, It sounds to me like Baha'is view Muhammad in a "higher classification" than you do, so rather than "bring down" Christ to the level that you're giving Muhammad, Baha'is instead "raise up" Muhammad to the same station as Christ.
To Baha'is, "Son of God" is metaphorical, not literal. However it doesn't take away from the fact that the spirit of Jesus, and the other Manifestations, is uniquely related to God in a way that no other soul is.

Good question.
Baha'u'llah refers to Jesus as "the Son" the "Spirit of God" and the "Son of Mary" (note the capital S in Son for Divine Messenger, not lower case s) on more than one occasion. Baha'u'llah also confirms the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin (Mary.)
The following paragraph is one example where Baha'u'llah refers to Jesus as "the Son."
O concourse of bishops! Ye are the stars of the heaven of My knowledge. My mercy desireth not that ye should fall upon the earth. My justice, however, declareth: ‘This is that which the Son hath decreed.’ And whatsoever hath proceeded out of His blameless, His truth-speaking, trustworthy mouth, can never be altered. The bells, verily, peal out My Name, and lament over Me, but My spirit rejoiceth with evident gladness. The body of the Loved One yearneth for the cross, and His head is eager for the spear, in the path of the All-Merciful. The ascendancy of the oppressor can in no wise deter Him from His purpose. We have summoned all created things to attain the presence of thy Lord, the King of all names. Blessed is the man that hath set his face towards God, the Lord of the Day of Reckoning.
With that said, Baha'u'llah also confirmed each of the Prophets have been given equal Knowledge of God and each Messenger is considered equal, although each message has a unique purpose.

We have a group who attends our local Multi-Spiritual Forums
They believe a prophet comes along every so many centuries.
They recognise both Jesus and Mohamed as Prophets - deserving of respect. They just believe that there's another (Bahá'u'lláh) followed both of them as will others in the future.
They are kinda 4th Abrahambic Faith.
