I need to know how long to cook, what temp, and how many will this feed?

wrapper will show if precooked and only needs heating or not. The label also usually recommends cooking time for uncooked meat in any case use a meat thermometer. I would allow a 1/2 lb per person .

First off, it's already cookes. You're just warming it up. Wrap in foi kind of loosely, and put it in a 325ºF oven for 1½-2 hours, no longer.
If it's boneless, figure 4 oz per person, or 35 servings. If it has a bone, that number will be less. If it's a shank-end bone, you'll get more servings that the joint-end of the bone.
