Is there a way to adjust my laptop's fan speed?
My laptop has overheated a few times while I was playing a game. Is there a way I can increase my fan speed so it pulls out more heat?
Yes I make sure the fan isn't covered and is able to pull air out, so that isn't the problem.

Speedfan, is a great app for checking your core temperature and changing your fan speed.

smc fancontrol it lets you adjust the fan speed as you see fit. You can set minimums or create special conditions that kicks the fans into high gear.
