Comcast universal remote and Curtis lcd tv?

does anyone have this combo? Comcast Remote with Grey OK button and a Curtis 26" LCD TV (LCD2603A) and whats your remote code ? I can't find a code nor get the remote to find one. And comcast support says I have to keep trying to get the remote to find the code.

Update:

nope NEC codes dont work, Magnavox, Sony, Pioneer and a bunch of different random codes dont work either....

Have Comcast send out one of their Ace technicians and let them "find" it.

They had the remote designed and built ...

Possibly the TV set was designed and built AFTER the Comcast remote received its code programming. (The TV did NOT exist so Comcast couldn't know what code to install)

It's not like its a Sony or Toshiba where they have used the SAME codes for years.
