Yep, it has the same activities, except for it adds about 20 more to it. You can also customize your workout. It's a lot of fun! I got it for Christmas and you really feel the burrrnnn lol. xD

I just got the Wii Fit plus - it has all the same activities as the Wii Fit, as well as about 20 new activities and the ability to customize routines.

Wii fit plus and wii fit have different activities. Wii fit plus is basically and expansion pack with extras. Hope this helps.
