can i use wifi on an unlocked iphone if i don't have an internet plan?
I bought an unlocked and jailbroken iphone. I do not have internet on my plan, but i was wondering if i could still get wi-fi on it. Because i have wi-fi in at my neighbors and i can catch it at my house(she is ok with it) but she is on vacation now and i dotn know if she turned it off or not. Will it work with wi-fi? thanks

Yes your phone still has wifi, wifi has nothing to do with services.
