Like the other person said it depends where you live. Also you shouldn't just go to a place because they're the cheapest. Go to somewhere that has a good reputation and is clean and professional, even if that means its more expensive.

umm everywhere i went said 40 and thats what i paid....but why would you want to go to the cheapest? you want the best...an infected tongue cost more in the end and dosent look to hot.

4sure go for the PA . . . . one thing every guy who has one agrees on: "wish I had gotten it sooner". Should be $45 - $75 including the jewelry. There will be a couple drops of blood for a day or 2, and "touchie" for a day so get it after classes on Friday and you'll be good by Monday (and horned out of your mind).
