iPod TOUCH QUESTION??!!!?

1. If all you have is the iPod Touch, then yes, you have to have Wi-Fi to use Pandora Radio. The iPhone can access Pandora through the 3G network, but the iPod Touch must use Wi-Fi.

2. The iPhone Touch charges through your USB connection on your computer. That little cable that plugs into the bottom of your iPod and hooks it into your computer? That's how it charges. Just leave the iPod plugged in for awhile and it'll charge.

Im not sure about quesiton 1 , but for question 2 ... yes it does come with a charger , its white and its tucked in the back of the case you get it in , i just got one for christmas and already am fully addicted and on it 24/7 (:
