How do you write "James" "lulu" and"jim" in sindarin? That is JRR Tolkien languages?

Well, you can't write the names in Sindarin, unless you take the meaning and translate it.

But I assume you refer to the elvish script Tolkien created. That is called Tengwar. Writing these names in Tengwar is possible.

(Tengwar has different modes for different languages, e. g. a letter that reads 'j' in English mode reads 'g' in Sindarin Classic mode. The Tengwar are basically changed to fit the characteristics of a language.)

You can't write your names in made-up languages. The only words that exist are the ones the author created. It's just a fictional device, not a real world.
