is it normal for when you just turn a computer on for the fan to kick up and be loud for a few seconds>?
it didnt used to do it.. but is ti normal for a computer for the fan to be kicked up and lous when you just turn the CPU on.. its not hot or anything...

Have you tried turning the computer completely off instead of "Log off" "Sleep" or "Hybernate" when you end for the day because the OS comes on differently when you do that and yes I know it takes longer for it to come on that way but
that's because it's loading everything from the start...try it and see if it affects the fan.
