I am having skin allergy now and then.Any help?

You maybe allergic to a food of some kind or a laundry detergent you use on your clothes. Take a antihistamine and if it is really severe you may have to see your doctor and he can give you some predisone along with a script for a stronger antihistamine. When I broke out in hives one time the doc gave me predisone and told me to take Benedryl, like 3 of them at a time twice a day. But if you have to work that would not be a good choice as it makes you sleepy.I would get a non drowsy antihistamine over the counter.
