PLEASE HELP!! ITUNES 9 WON'T DOWNLOAD. HELP!?
I got an iPod touch on Christmas Eve. I took it home and plugged it into my iTunes and said some weird things popped up and then my iPod froze, but I got this straightened out with a guy from the genius bar yesterday. He also said to uninstall iTunes and anything to do with iTunes and reinstall the newest version of it. But things aren't working that smoothly; I go to the apple website and enter my email address like I'm supposed to and hit download now and it just says "Thank you for downloading" but it never actually downloads. My question is how do I reinstall iTunes properly? Is there another site that can properly download it to my computer or am I just screwed?
Thanks in advance for any help.
Ok, Kevin I tried your suggestion , i turned off pop up blocker and tried to download again and it still didn't do anything. But thanks for the help.

Try turning off your popup blocker (if its on). That could be preventing the page from loading that downloads the file. (And you don't need to enter your email address if you turn off the checkboxes)

-Re-start your computer.
-Call Apple.
-It may be there waiting to be downloaded, look at your start menu. A folder thing should be flashing, click it and click Run. Then there iTunes should be installing.
