Fat Burning Furnace scam?
It's got to be a scam. I haven't tried it, but it never gives you any specific info unless (I guess) you buy their book or books. The reason I say this is they never get down to brass tacks in their ad. AND you can't cancel their ad without shutting down your browser! Also, let's face it, there are no short cuts to losing weight. When you try to read reviews they just take you back to their ad. It's got to be a bunch of BS, but I'm not going to buy their book just to find that out. What do you people think?

I'll admit that the website is very "salesy."
Fat Burning Furnace is basically about high intensity training (HIT), which really isn't anything new. You're essentially just using resistance exercises to burn fat really efficiently.
The guy behind Fat Burning Furnace has really streamlined high intensity training workouts a lot. If you follow his plan you can melt away the fat in as little as 15 minutes three times a week.
When you get Fat Burning Furnace, you get a 161 page e-book that tells you how to do the exercises. They have illustrations too so you know you're doing them correctly. It also covers some other things like why conventional weight loss diets and workouts don't really work that well.
It's a pretty good program, and if you stick with it, you'll have good success. This isn't some kind of "magic pill" though. You'll have to actually do the work to lose the weight.
If you don't want to buy the program, just google "high intensity training" or HIT exercises. These exercises really push your muscles to the limit. The muscles repair and rebuild themselves, which uses up a lot of calories and burns away lots of fat.
Hope this helps.

Exercise or no exercise you won't be able to lose the weight if you don't cut your food intake but we all know that's pretty hard, right? A good appetite suppressant can help you out big time but it has to be natural or you can get into serious heath problems.
I lost 38 lbs in 2 months by using garcinia cambogia extract (FDA approved 100% natural). In my first month 26 and then 12 the second month. I was an emotional eater and these supplements changed my life. They act like an appetite suppressant so I didn't feel like eating anymore. Not hungry anymore -> Lower calories -> Lose weight, simple as that. I did no exercises just 20 minutes walks 5 days a week.
It's been 4 months since I lost the weight and I did not gain any pounds back, actually I lost another 5 lbs (I stop taking them after I lost the weight). If you want to take a look here is a website where you can find discounts: http://www.garciniapromo.com/ I got them 30% off from here. Hope this helps!

I've never tried the Fat Burning Furnace program but I did take a look at the website and I watched the video. There was too much hype for me, but I did like how the video talked about how things like starvation diets and fad diets don't work. I also checked out the page about the creator of the Fat Burning Furnace program, and he looked like he was in pretty good shape.
My gut feeling is that the Fat Burning Furnace program is not a scam like so many other weight loss programs, but that it is over-hyped and the program might not be as easy as the website leads you to believe.
In case you're interested, here's a review of an excellent weight loss program that is definitely not a scam: http://www.functional-fitness-facts.com/burn-the-f...

Fat Burning Furnace is NOT a scam. The program focuses on what they call High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT for short. This is basically some kind of technical term for doing really intense and fast exercises. These kinds of exercises help to break down your muscles and as they rebuild themselves, they will burn up lots of excess calories and fat. Though HIIT isn't something created by the guy that made the Fat Burning Furnace program, he really took to to a new level where you get the best results for the least amount of time. The diet portion of the program is pretty good, but as long as you eat a decently healthy diet you don't need to worry about this stuff too much in my opinion. But, yeah, the Fat Burning Furnace is a totally legit program.

It's probably uses a caffeine stack like product with some additives like green tea/cocoa leaf extracts or similar items. Most of it is half truth and the rest is false.
Yes, some of those items have been shown in studies to increase metabolism. But to advertise it as a calorie burning machine is false. It's just a hyped up advertisement and if you read the ingredients you will find that it's not that different from other so calleed fat pills in a bottle.
The fact that their marketing practices are shady is the first red flag. Why do they have to be that shady if this program/pills works so great in first place? It would be recommended by every doctor out there but yet doctors still recommend diet and exercise for weight loss.

Does the word "diet and weight loss" immediately make you think of an unpleasant weight-loss regimen? If it did, you are probably not alone. For example, consider the use of the term "diet" in marketing food products—it usually describes foods low in calories, such as diet soda. But there is another meaning of this word. Diet can also refer to the food and drink a person consumes daily and the mental and physical circumstances connected to eating. The Merriam Webster Online Dictionary gives two definitions of nutrition: "the sum of the processes by which an animal or plant takes in and utilizes food" "the act or process of nourishing or being nourished"
While both are correct, the second definition is more inclusive and suggests that food involves many different things, including love, satisfaction, and enjoyment. Nutrition involves more than simply eating a “good” diet—it is about nourishment on every level. It involves relationships with family, friends, nature (the environment), our bodies, our community, and the world. Choices about nourishment are very much linked to other human beings and other life forms on this planet, so healthy (and unhealthy) decisions have great impact. Burning Furnace scam.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://tinyurl.im/aHMG0
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Hi,
I’ve just had a look at the website. You can stop the ad just by clicking on any of the tabs located at the bottom of the page. Also if you want to read the testimonials, just click on the tab called ‘success stories’ and it’ll take you there. I don’t now if FBF is a scam or not but looks like lots of people have tried it judging by the no. of testimonials on there. These types of ads never give away specific info in their ads ‘cos they don’t want you to know the secret until, (as you quite rightly guessed), you’ve bought their book!
