Teddy Roosevelt is the most interesting to me, not my favourite politically necessarily. I don't agree with everything he did, but I do have to give him credit for making America a recognised power in the World after years of isolation, and for not being afraid to stand up for the workers or the common man against big business.

I don't have a "favourite" President, most of them have done their share of f***ed up things.

Also, stop giving so much credit to Reagan. Just because he happened to be President when the wall collapsed doesn't mean that it was a direct result of his actions. Causation doesn't equal correlation.

There's no reason to assume that if someone else were elected other than him, that the Soviet Union wouldn't have fallen. Have you ever considered it may have collapsed as a result of internal-problems or long-standing issues with it's structure? As far as I'm concerned, the Soviet Union became just an expirement, destined to fail in the end, nothing could have stopped it from collapsing.

    Ronald Reagan.

He knew how to act on camera.

He always had a great joke to easy tension in a room. The Soviet Union collapsed under his watch.

America was at its best during the 80's. Some to do with his poilicies and some not.

The world had some of its best

That is a hard question. To me it is a toss up between George Washington, Theodore Roosevelt, and Harry Truman. All were head strong people that knew the importance of running a country and that they were always responsible for any action they or anyone below them commited.

Jefferson. Imagine a real true free market, without corporate monopolies, or socialist government programs driving the economy. No Federal Reserve printing worthless paper. No government obstacles getting in the way
