Why should i shoot Raw with my camera?

Don't question it, just do it.

RAW is like a negative. JPEG is like a print.

With hard drives and media as affordable as they are today I always shoot in the RAW-JPEG mode. Get the best of both worlds.

I agree with this view- but there are some situations when Raw is very useful.
