So i just took one hardrive out of my old computer and put it into my new one. i connected the wires from my power supply and some other blue wire? what am i doing wrong? why does my computer not see this hardrive? (there are things on the HD its not new) thanks!

I need/want to reformat my computer but i dont want to loose my music. i have 20gb of music that cant really be re downloaded lol. is there any way to reformat but not loose this? should i take the hard drive out of my old computer, put it into this one, transfer the music, reformat and then transfer it back? or is there an easier way? thanks!

So i have mild anxiety i guess how do you deal with it. and no breathing does nothing for me i do that either way. i just cant focus and i get way to stressed out. are meds the answer? im never depressed. well not often enough to care. how do i just chill?
