they are some little dogs but one of them is shedding. they can roam the rest of the house just not my room anymore

The best thing to do is keep your door shut or get a baby gate. You can train them not to go in but it would take a while and you can't be 100% sure they won't go in when your not home.

Shut the door. If he scratches, you can but a board to protect the door. If he starts barking or whining, IGNORE it. Don't yell at him.
