Look up google for "gay rights" and there will be gay marriage info in almost all of them. Since there are SOO many sources I don't even want to list them cause you might find better ones than what I have.

I suggest you look up how to get a marriage license from another state, if it is possible. California does not accept same-sex marriages, but a recent move by the governor has thankfully allowed CA to accept other marriages from states that grant the licenses. If you can find a loophole where you can get a license elsewhere but still be in CA, you may have yourself an opportunity for marriage.

Thanks to Prop 8 same-sex marriage is no longer legal in CA. You can get married in one of the states that allows same-sex marriage if you want, but it won't be legal in CA (thanks, DOMA). The recent law allows marriages form other states performed when same-sex marriage was legal in CA to be recognized, but not ones performed after Prop 8 passed.
Domestic Partnerships are still available here but they don't offer all the same state rights marriage does, and they offer none of the federal rights marriage does.
Hopefully the Olsen-Boies lawsuit will go well and we'll have legal marriage equality back...

you can't get gayly marrried in California, they have by popular vote, defined marriage as being between a man and a woman only.

Are you a guy or girl?
If you're a guy, go check the city hall.
If you're a girl (lesbian), prop 8 did not pass I believe, banning same-sex marriage. I'm not into politics so you can correct me.
