How many times a day should I water my Betel Nut Palm / Pinang Tree ?

I lived in Malaysia ( Tropical ) and I have three Betel Nut Palm which leaves had yellowed and the trunks have turn brown . Can anyone tell me how many times a day should I water my pity Betel Nut Palm ? thanks a lot !^.^

    Water this plant only when the soil feels dry to the touch. Over watering is the thing that kills many plants and yellow leaves is a definite sign of too much water.

    I agree with julie..too much water causes the plant to get yellow..this will also kill the plant...so what you should do is stop watering until the soil dries out..only then you water and you will find a big difference..also cut up some bananas and dig a hole near the roots and put the banana in,and cover it...this will take care of a lot of things for your plant...good luck..

    One when dry. They are 100 tropical and wont take too much dry weather.
