i recently got a digital photo frame and my memory stick is a pro duo and in the handbook for the frame it say?

(requires the supplied adapter) so how do i get the pictures to the frame with the adapter they supplied me with?

Update:

the manual doesnt tell me anything...

    You insert your pro duo stick into the adapter then insert the assembly into the frame card slot

    They probably mean the adapter that is usually supplied with Memory Stick Pro Duo's. Which you would insert your Memory Stick Pro Duo card, before slotting it into the photo frame.

    I bet the frame manual would give you detailed instructions
