Hope someone can help. My husband and I are interested In buying a foreclosed home. We currently have a home for sale. A couple questions i have is 1) after the banks accept your offer how long typically until your moved in? 2) when you summit your offer do you have to tell them how much you are putting down on it? 3) are there special loans just for a foreclosed property?

On my AT&T bill I have texts to and from people that I never talked to! I'm going crazy trying to figure out how this could happen! No one else have ever used my phone, it's very odd. Hope someone can help.can someone possibly be using my cell number to text others?

So i have a friend that did this and was wondering if this is even legit. She was married, had a baby and they both have the Husband/dads last name. She gets divorced. Has another kid (not married) and on the birth certificate she gave the baby the last name her and her son have so they all have the same last name. Is that legal?
