divorce question.. please help?
im thinking about getting a divorce. We have a home in HIS name, if I move all my belongings out now before we get the divorce will I ruin any possible chances of getting half of the house and vechicles we own?

Contact a lawyer to discuss the process of a divorce and see what your rights are.

Whatever was purchased after the marriage is a community asset, irregardless of who's name its in. If you move out and take the furniture the court will likely count the value of that furniture towards your portion of the community assets.
It will not impact your case negatively to move out.

That would be a question for your lawyer....get a good one....it's one of those things where you get what you pay for...
