what do I have to do to get a job at micky d's?

I know that McDonald's  is lowest job in the food chain (job wise speaking) and right now I'll take anything that'll bring in a pay check and I've been trying since may to get a job a micky ds because they've all time got job listings at places like snag-a-job.com,job finder.com, ETC;ETC....the only thing that I can think of that's keeping me from getting a job is I have 10+ yrs in food-service  HELP
