How can i countersink a hole in autocad for a 3d part?

I have a 3d solid part in autocad and i want to drill a series of holes in the surface of it (i know how to do that part) But what my question is is how can i countersink the top of each hole.

Thanks,

Jim

Update:

i can't just make a bigger hole because that wouldn't be what the finished product would look like. I need a distinct "cone shape" countersink.

For make a cone shape use chamfer command on top circle of hole.

    See picture:

You specify d=distance for countersink and select top circle hole (hidden red in my example). Before Chamfer I select red color for show you result, you use same color of solid model

By making bigger diameter holes with less depth.
