DROPPED IPOD IN TOILET!!!!!!!!?

Go buy a new one - water damage is not covered by Apple's warranty, and you're better to go buy a brand new one than pay Apple to send you a 'refurbished' one.

But first, get a torch and look into the headphone jack with it. Do you see a half or full red circle?

If so, then the water damage trigger has been activated - which tells Apple that it's been in contact with water, and it voids your warranty. Buy a new one.

If you see a full white circle, and you'd have to be VERY lucky to get that, then the trigger hasn't been activated. Send it into Apple and just tell them it stopped working =p

Put it in a bowl of rice undisturbed for 3 days. Rice will absorb the moisture in the iPod.

well well well what were you doing with you r ipod on the toilet??? i suggest u get a new ipod and stop usin the bathroom with your ipod! u can wait 5 mins while you take a crap then you can go back to your ipod......answer my question

you should have let it dry out for longer. try letting it dry out for a couple more days and if that doesn't work, you probably will have to buy a new one if it isn't under warranty.

you broke it- send it in to get fixed
