does anyone know if the ps3 320G can play mini dvd's? i bought a new ps3 and it doesnt say in the instructions whether or not it plays mini discs (i use them for my dvd camcorder) and because it doesnt have a cd drawer i cant tell if it can or not, i suspect not but just want to be sure.

HAS ANYONE USED ANY FORM OF TREATMENT TO BRING SOME LIFE BACK TO THE COBBLELOCK IN THEIR GARDENS. THE COBBLELOCK IN MY BACK GARDEN LOOKS OLD AND DULL. ITS REDBRICK BUT LOOKS NEARLY GREY. I HAVE POWER/PRESSURE CLEANED IT WITH 120barg WASHER AND IT LOOKED BETTER, BUT JUST NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. I WASNT EXPECTING IT TO BE LIKE NEW BUT BETTER THAN IT IS. ANYWAY BEFORE I GO AND GET THE GARDEN RESLABBED I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS ANY SUGGESTIONS TO GETTING THE EXISTING BLOCKS NEWER LOOKING. can a trapped nerve be realeased/un-trapped?

i have been tiold in the past that i could have a trapped nerve in my neck. i had an accident about 12 yrs ago and have been to 3 orthopaedic specialists who have been no help at all at getting the prob sorted but gladly took my cash. anyway the trapped nerve is causing numbness and tingling and occasional stabbing/shooting pains in my index finger and thumb on my left hand. i have also loss of sensation which seems to be in a route from my shoulder to my finger and thumb. it doesnt stop me from working or anything but is frustrating as its been so long and costly and nothing is sorted. i did have extremely bad painful episodes lasting about 6 weeks at a time for a few years with my back and neck being in spasm causing unbelievable pain. but i seen a pain management specialist and have been relatively pain free since learning to control posture and stretching and keeping in ok shape. my gp has now suggested i see a neurosurgeon (nerve specialist) and i have an appointment. also i have been told i have cervical spondylosis (mild arthritis) in one of the vertabrae in my neck. could this be causing the trapped nerve? has anyone had similar condition and got it sorted or am i wasting my time and money seeing the neurosurgeon.

what if the world is in a cycle and so is life. all the thousands of years old cave drawings of spacemen/aliens are actually of ourselves when, in the very very distant past, we achieved spaceflight, and in a bid to survive some catastrophic event on earth or another planet, we went to space until the planet became habitable again. then returned but there wasnt enough resources to start life where we left it. and so had to start again. but then our knowledge/education faded as the most intelligent of us could not pass on what we knew to the next generation before they died. so we kind of de-volved before we evolved. then they dont know how to maintain the technology (spaceships etc) they had and that fades away, (but thousands of years ago, from today, there was electricity as there have been remnants of bateries found in burial sites/tombs/pyramids around the world). the only way they new to preserve the memory of what they had was drawings and stories passed on to children (which change from person to person). so it all started again, we learned over millennia and are back to were we are today and the same thing will happen again in the future, we will keep evolving to thepoint where we (some of us) will be capable of surviving a catastrophy by getting off the planet long enough for the effects of the catastrophy to pass so we can return, again and the cycle continues. there is a lot more i could say on this theory but it could be an everlasting post so i'll leave it at that for now.

maybe there are remains of the technology somwhere we cant travel on earth, bottom of the oceans, beneath the ice shelves, maybe most of it has been destroyed by volcanoes, time etc. there are metals/materials discovered which no scientists can explain their compositon or where they came from they cant even identify their properties

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF SLUGS CAN FREEZE? LIKE IF THERE WAS A SLUG IN A LARGE YARD (CONCRETE GROUND AND WALLS) AND IT HAD A LONG WAY TO GO TO A HOLE IN THE GROUND FOR COVER, AND IT GOT ICY COLD ALL OF A SUDDEN, WOULD THE SLUG FREEZE (BECAUSE THEY ARE SLIMY AND WET) AND DIE, OR DOES IT GO INTO A FORM OF STASIS? I NEVER SEE WILDLIFE PROGRAMMES ABOUT SLUGS AND I KNOW VERY LITTLE ABOUT THEM. EVEN THOUGH THEY DISGUST ME, I AM INTERESTED.

i got rickrol'd about 3 years ago in work with a mail that i could not close and the song just kept playing over and over. i had saved it but the pc's in work have since been replaced and i lost the mail. does anyone know where i can find that particular mail. also, there was another one with1000 bottles of beer on the wall thet couldnt be closed until you clicked ok 1000 times. if anyone can send these i would be eternally grateful. and if there are any other prank mails. I'm just dieing to prank a few buddies/victims.

Saw it yesterday. unnnnbelievable effects. storyline was like us "civilised people", invading and destroying (previously) untouched areas of the world, like the rainforests and jungles of the world and intruding on the tribes who do not want to be part of or be infected by our world. they havebeen surviving for so long without our "help". we introduce diseases to their world when all we are really tryng to do when we say we are "helping" them is drain the resources of their worlds for greed/ money. Thats my rant over, anyway Excellent movie i am going to see it now in 3D.
