Question about University's Accreditation?

Is getting a degree from a University that falls under the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, Commission on Institutions of Higher Education (NEAS CIHE) as recognized as getting one from a different association such as the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, The Higher Learning Commission (which Devry among othersfall under)?

Update:

Thank you Eri & Ownpool: I was not too sure if it would make a difference being seperate accreditations. I know some employers are not the same when it comes to what type of school you attend.

NEASC and NCACS are two of the six equally ranked regional associations which are the highest-ranked accrediting bodies in the USA for non-professional schools.
