3 point video editing software similar to Final Cut Pro for Windows?
Title says it all. Price is irrelevant at the moment. I'm looking for something that is lightweight too. 400mb is fine. Anything over 800mb is just too much for me :P
I'm running vista.

Adobe Premiere Pro of course. It is 97 percent similar like Final Cut Pro. Just change the keyboard shortcut setting ;) And for additional info, those two were designed by same person ;)

Your knowledge of editing is more important to this question than file size. If you're new at editing, try Premiere Elements, Pinnacle Studio, or Vegas. If you are experienced or want to take the time to learn and do some real editing, use Premiere Pro or Avid. Size-wise, I think you need one of the first group....in that order.

You need a good video editor!
I use this one, It is very easy to use and fast to operate. It allows users to convert multiple files at the same time.It can convert video and audio files with comprehensive formats seems good,you may have a look,not bad!
