wouldn't it be great if you heard a very set time? well dear, the tooth is like the baby itself. It will always vary, so no one answer will give you your set time line. It could be two days to weeks.

Just give you little one things like frozen washrags to chew on to help the gums give way. Orajel should only rarely be used since it toughens up the gums and makes it harder and longer for the tooth to come in.

I wish you and your little one well.

What do you mean, "And what it means"

It means he/she is getting a tooth. It will take awhile to come fully in, they don't just pop all the way out over night. Give it a few days, to even a couple weeks.

it took about a week for my daughter's first round (she had 2 come in at the same time) of teeth to come through, maybe a week or so. One of her top teeth just popped through a day or two ago, we will see how long this one takes! Hang in there =)
