  • We need help with child custody laws?

My wife and I are wanting to move out of the state of indiana and my wife has a 7 year old thats my stepdaughter. My wife and the father have a joint custody agreement through the court. We have talked to lawers about this and they said there is a law in indiana that says my wife and I will have to mail a certified letter to the father and he has to agree to it or else we will need to go to court. Well we know that we are going to have to go to court, cause the father isnt going to agree to us moving her, even though he doesnt spend time with her on his weeks like hes suppose to. My wife and I were wondering if we could go ahead and move out of state, while we wait to go to court to move our 7 year old, while she stays here with her grandparents. We plan on driving back down for the court date. Please help.

  • Need help with child custody?

My wife and I have a 7 year old "lilly"(my wife's daughter and my stepdaugther) that we have every other week due to a joint custody agreement with the dad. The dad works night shift and doesnt spend anytime with "lilly" and she has to stay with her grandparents(on her dad's side) on his week instead. She has been staying with her grandparents on her dad's week for about a year now. The dad spends time with his other daugther("lilly's" half sister) thats 1 but not her. Our car broke down before christmas, so we no longer have a car, and had to make an agreement with the grandma for "lilly" to stay with them on our week so she has a way to school. The agreement was that she would visit everyday on our week as long as she doesnt have gymnastics or church, and that she can call everyday. Ever since christmas break, "lilly" hasnt been allowed to call or come over, and she tells us that when she asks to call or come over that her grandma says no. We have recently decided to move out of state and had an agreement with the grandpa, that said "lilly" would finish out her school year here and then they would bring her to us in the summer, so that she can live with us for good(to advoid us taking the dad to court, due to them knowing we would get custody). Now they are saying that she isnt going to move at all and she cant live with us. My wife and I are the only ones to spend time with "lilly" and play with her. Her dad and grandparents never do and "lilly" hates being there because no one spends time with her, and has told them and us that she wants to come live with us for good. We didnt even get to see "lilly's" report card that went out this month, and when we try to call, they get grouchy with us.It's starting to get very redictulous. We arent sure what to do. We want to take her dad to court and get full custody but not sure, since the grandpa is a doctor and the grandma is a nurse, so they have money and would probably get the dad a good lawyer. What should we do. Please help.

  • How do you get rid of bad spirits from your apartment?

My wife and I were wondering how to get rid of bad spirits. Ever since we moved into our apartment in july, we havent felt the same, been arguing and fighting alot, and no one wants to ever come over and visit. the kids act up. We also see shadows in our apartment. We recently had a nephew pass away, so we think some of the shadows are him watching over us. There used to be a sister of a catholic church that used to live here and moved with out saying why. and we are wondering if it may be cause of the feeling of unease and like something bad is in the apartment. we've had a preacher come in and bless the place. but it has only gotten worse. My wife had a nightmare the other night of a strange guy stabbing everyone 3 times in the back(including us and our 2 kids) and in her dream she ended up shooting the guy right before he killed her, and we dont know what that means. She is scared to go to sleep ever since. can someone please help?

  • I need help, please read!!?

The other day my dr told me and my husband that whenever the cervix is barely open, he will induce us early. I am 38 weeks pregnant with 3rd. How come people say the 2nd and 3rd pregnancies go fast but yet this one is way different and seems slower. And i always thought you had to lose mucus plug before you dilate yet with this pregnancy i havent lost it, but by this time with the others, it was already gone. I was also wondering if theres a way my husband can check my cervix at home?
