I take a multi-vitamin, gelatin (for supple bones and joints), chromium (for weight loss and management), vitamin C (for immunity and sun protection), Omega 3 capsules (great for cardio-vascular health and skin), and Lipo 6 for Her (for weight loss). This last is a recent addition and not exactly for nutritional value, but it's a relatively harmless weight loss supplement that does seem to help burn fat (when used in conjunction with exercise and sensible dieting). I lost 3 pounds in six days and I have a hard time losing weight.

I need to be taking more vitamins, actually. I recommend the gelatin capsules. Take them and you'll ALWAYS have healthy bones and joints, no matter your age.

I have crohn's disease it interferes with my ability to absorb nutrients along with other problems, i take a multi vitamin, to make up for what I'm not getting, and because a normal body needs certain nutrients to help absorb the others.
