Dye hair red from dark blonde?
hai there, I have some questions about hair dye!!
Ive got dark blonde hair, I've heard red fades easily. What's the best thing to do if you're unsure of how red hair will look on you, and what if I hate it? Also, how much does a full hair dye cost to keep or uptake? Thanks!

well dear, you've got a crap load of hair
you'd probably need to get two boxes, I've used a whole box on just part of my hair
I'd say getting garnier's brand of dye, the red stays the longest
you would have to re-dye it every month, if not more frequently
probably be best to get a shampoo that is gentle on color treated hair - minus sulfates, the sulfates make the shampoo lather up and also strip your hair.. - I think John Frieda has a line of "natural" hair products.
hair dye~ $15-$25/month
shampoo+conditioner~ $10 -$20 [can't remember exact price]
so yes, gonna get pricey and annoying, but if you really like it, it's worth ittttt.
I'd say wait at least a month before you re-dye it, or wait till it all fades out.
PLUS you can also just dye a strand of it.... or ask meh to photoshop a pic for you :P

Hair dye costs about $6-$14, depending on brand.
You can buy special shampoo and conditioners that are for dyed 'red' hair. They are kind of expensive compared to normal shampoos and conditioners, but they are worth it.
If you do not like it, wait at least 3 weeks to dye it a different color. The more you wait, the better though because your hair can fall out and get damaged very bad.

It depends on exactly what the girl looks like. I like both, but I'd say blonde generally goes well with everyone. Some aren't pull black off.
