How much will I get back in taxes?

I worked from Jan-May 2009. I made about $6,000 gross. My daughter was born May 28th, 2009 and has lived with me since. She just turned 7 months old. I am unmarried, live with my fiance, who works under the table and will not claim/file any taxes. Approximately $300 was taken out for federal taxes. I had a 401k which I withdrew the money from that was somewhere around $500. I am eligible for the child tax credit and can claim my student loan payments which equal out to $10,000 and ive paid about $460 in payments so far this year. I also don't know whether to file as HoH or single since my fiance doesn't claim/file taxes.

I'm no accountant but you will easily get back the $300 you paid in federal taxes either way you file. That's all you can get though. You can't get more back than what you paid in.
