What type of digital thermostat do you own to control your heating system?
I'd like details on how long you've had it, maker of it and your experience with it, etc. I think mine's on it's last leg (Robertshaw 9420 Non-Programmable) and I might have to replace it.

i bought a $20 honeywell programmable....
upside, super easy to install and program
downside, does not have a function for weekend settings, so i have to manually change it on the weekends and days off so i don't have to freeze my ta-tas off during the day

WHOA, YELLOW LIGHT!!! I'm sorry but I feel that this is a bit too personal of a question for me to answer. I mean, I know we've been contacts for forever and all but seriously, how well do I know you and how can I be assured that you won't use any information I give you against me at some point in the future? Anyway, I sincerely wish you the best in your quest for cheap and easy electronic control devices.

Mines a White and Rogers.....its a good one and cost 75 bucks two years ago...No problems-certainly saves money...Any programmable thermostat you chose will take a little while to program---then you need to tweak it --so that it keeps you comfortable while home--and lowers during the day when you are out and sleeping.

It's a very well built internal monitor that goes off with increasingly shrill beeps and causes me to have seizures if it gets too cold within - so I just throw another lump of coal on the fire and it quits!

I have an Arson 3000. When it's cold I simply burn down a wall of my house, and in the summer I use that area as a sun room.

Mine is ummmm....well it's old and not digital. You like digits, don't you? I hate to disappoint you with my 1950's era "bi-metallic strip" thermostat, but it gets the job done so you can just take your digits and stick them somewhere!

I have no clue about thermostats but a guy told me once his digit could be used to take my temperature.

Mine is a P.e-n-is 2000, 8 inch model with non slip grip and heating pouch. I've had it all my life. I'm very experienced with it, but even as a pro sometimes it over heats and needs a rest before using again.

I was going to say something about my own heating system, but it was going to be a filthy and possibly super perverted answer...but now I realize you're serious...mark the calendars people, we've got a live one :|
ask KIA, she's supposedly the expert on repairing crappy houses and such...

my heating doesn't work at the moment because my brother is too busy buying puppies and making babies with his twattish girlfriend to fix it for me. I'm bitter.
To keep this place warm I have to turn the oven on. Some days I want to stick my head in it, too.
