How do you interpret gibberish?
Don't you think that if God wanted to tell you something She would be clever enough to speak your own language?
Love and blessings Don

Yes. Scripture says there should be an interpreter. Tongues is so misused by some today. They babble all this gibberish and call it tongues. Tongues was used in the early church because there were so many there that spoke different languages. At Pentecost they each heard in their own language so they could receive the message of the gospel. There is not as much need for this today, however, if and when tongues is needed, the Holy Spirit will manifest this gift. It can't be produced or taught by man.

A useless concept of 1/3rd God created by Paulian group.
The Holy Spirit could not save Jesus nor could guide the believers about the purpose of Jesus.
Jesus said " Do not think I have come to destroy the law....". But St.Paul and Peter destroyed the law and Spirit could not save the law?
Jesus said " I have been sent towards the lost sheeps of Israel". But ST.Paul diverted the direction of Christianity towards Trinity and Gentiles and saved Israelites from the teachings of Jesus! This diversion is still creating distance between Chritians and Jews. Someone should justify the role of the spirit and Paul with relation to the Messiah of Israel.

My belief regarding the Spirit has changed. And is more consistent with scripture now I might add. I do not agree with the "trinity doctrine" which says that the Spirit is a separate and distinct god. The Spirit is the spirit of the most high God. And the Spirit indwells persons who God created. Whether persons in Heaven, or persons here in this life who have received the gift of the Spirit.

people who claim to speak in tongues are just speaking gibberish nonsense from their mouth....the "holy ghost" does not exist...there are no such things as gods.....gods are just just mythical man made ideas created by primitive men in the past.

Ahh ribble twony junglish rabblebabble. Thank You Jesus!
Speaking in tongues. You cultists are silly.
Source(s): Remember, "god" is nothing more than a nonsense word created by man to explain away all of the things we can't yet understand. Religion is a disease of the mind, born of fear, which has done nothing but bring untold misery down upon the human race. - Anonymous1 decade ago
LOL, people actually believe in this stuff, huh?
