A friend of mine is living in an illegal basement with her 12 yr old daughter. She is without a job and is trying to get temporary assistance until she can find employment. Would ACS be contacted if this application is processed and the government visits the apartment? Will the landlord get in trouble for renting an illegal basement? Someone told me that when one is speaking in tongues, there should always be someone to interpret what is being said, is this true?

For over two months now, I have been feeling this pain or sometimes just discomfort in what I would describe as my heart. I say it like that because I am not quite sure if it is. Sometimes I confused if the pain that area is just gas because I would want to burp at that time. It's a slight pain that is not on the outside of my body but on the inside and it is only on the left side of my body. Sometimes it's almost like there are flutters in my heart (not quite sure how to explain it), or like it skipped a beat or something. When I feel that slight pain, my should would hurt too or my neck but everything is on the left.

I am trying to get an appointment early next week (that's when they have an appointment open). Any suggestions or ideas as to what this may be.

I had a rough period in my life and there were many times I could talk to people...but at the same time I couldn't talk to them. Either they probably wouldn't want to hear it, or they wouldn't understand because they can't relate, or they just didn't want to bothered with something so negative, or worst of all they would be judgmental. I don't know anything about cars so I wouldn't know what other information to tell you. They just told me that all four tires on the car is different and it's better to have them the same. Thanks in advance for your help.

I always worry about simple medical things and if I have a physical problem I get paranoid thinking it's something life-threatening or that I am going to end up in the hospital. When I have certain symptoms (no matter what), I almost think how can it not be something really serious. I think it's weird too when I feel disappointed that it is not something serious but I the same time I get extremely scared if there is an indication that it is.

My last pap smear result came back abnormal. I did my research and I found that it could be precancerous cells that can evolve into cervical cancer. Everything I found told me that cervical cancer is caused by hpv...but the doctor told me that I didn't have hpv. What are the other causes of an abnormal paps or even cervical cancer (I don't believe that is what I have) but if my cells are abnormal and they are most times precancerous then doing the math it has to be hpv?

I live in New York City and today I received a letter from Singapore sealed in plastic. I am not expecting any such mail so I am wondering if I should take it to the police station or what. I didn't attempt to open it for fear of anthrax. What do you think? Have you ever received a letter like this from a foreign country and it was confirmed that something was wrong with it?

I started having a chest pain since yesterday night and I thought it was going to be gone by the time I woke up but it didn't. It is right in the center above my breast and below the center of my throat, right where that hard bone is. I am not in severe pain just slightly uncomfortable and it hurts more when I take deep breaths. I also feel it if I stretch my arm out toward the opposite side.

I have a history of asthma and right now I am having an eczema breakout at the center of my throat. I already contacted my doctor's office but no one has responded to me as yet.

So do you think this is something I should be worried about?

Is there anyone with an elevated white blood cell count and the doctor told you it was normal? Just a tad bit nervous because my white blood cell count is higher than people who have a higher white blood cell count than normal and I my uncle was just diagnosed with blood cancer. I am now 22 and it's been like that for as far as I can remember.

I have never had a problem with milk before but after giving birth 7 months ago, I have a bit of a problem drinking milk (half and half). I stopped drinking milk for two days and my stomach felt fine. What normally happens is that when I drink milk, shortly after my stomach would hurt real bad and I really need to use the rest room.

I just got a blackberry curve a few days ago and last night when I was trying to open a tube of crazy glue I accidentally spilled some on the phone screen. I was planning on returning that phone to get a G1 phone and I have until tomorrow to send it in. It's not extremely bad but it is noticeable. I am sure tmobile is going to send it back or charge me for so any ideas on how to get it off. I tried rubbing it with alcohol and even cooking oil but that didn't work.
