I'm not sad to let go of 2009 or even very happy about 2010. With the way things are going in America, there really isn't a whole lot to look forward to.

2009 was a good year for me, with some sad as well as happy times. But I will not be sad to see it go, as 2010 is in front of me with all the hope it holds.

May it be the same for you

Both. I won't miss 2009. I couldn't afford a vacation this year, so I stayed home. Did get a new dog, though. The good and bad has happened in 2009, just like any other year or decade. While some bad things happened, like the economic crisis and the tsunami, some good things also happened. My daughter got married, I became a grandmother. Time to move on and get a fresh start. I will welcome 2010. Just glad for another year.

A Barred owl final week become sitting by utilizing my chook bench and all my little birds have been hiding. . yet not extra snow for now, so i'm happy! Neither. I am happy to live to see a new year. Every year brings happiness , tears and regrets. Some years do seem to have been really good but for the most life is more or less the same. Poppy
