Blood is made up of 90% water, and it has very little protein. Vampires would have to eat maybe 4 people a day to sustain themselves. So no, it's very unlikely that there are the classic vampires out there :p

No there aren't such "critters" only by name and imagination of writers..

But then again, vampires are told to be "blood suckers".... So based on that - all you have to do is look at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, And then go onto Congress, and all the politicians that are around and various branches of governments... The all seem to fit the description...
