Yesterday i was taking my kids to school and we noticed in the road a dog that had been hit by a car.. i thought it was dead, until me and my daughter seen it move... I pulled off to the side of the road and it was wimpering really bad, so i had a blanket in my car and wrapped it up and went knocking on people's door to find the owner... well i found him and he came out a half hour later and i sat there with the dog the whole time waiting... when the owner finally came out, i told him there was a vet right down the road and to please take him so he wouldnt have to suffer... the dumbass said no.... is this animal cruelty or what? I sat there talking to this man for almost a half hour and he finally said that he would take care of it... Im assuming he didnt.... i was so mad i really wanted to hurt the prick.... why are people so cruel to their own animals? it was only a puppy... it really broke my heart....
