How do I change my personal information on my Mac?

When filling out forms online (online shopping, etc.) the auto-fill on my mac puts in my old address. I recently moved and was wondering how I change this?

    Open Address Book and find your "me" card, click on the Edit button and change the information as necessary. Click the Edit button again when you're done.
